We have taken the time to prepare for your arrival and your appointment, therefore we ask that you take the time to read our booking policies:
Payment of Appointment - Due to a high recent amount of 'no shows' and 'last minute cancellations' Full payment is now required to book and confirm your appointment. Once you book an appointment and payment is is made, this payment is NON REFUNDABLE and is subject to our cancellation policies listed below. This applies to any DEPOSITS sent until full of amt of apt cost has been paid in full prior to the actual apt being confirmed itself. We will not issue any refund on any deposit you sent if you turn around and decide not to do the service, the deposit can be used towards product we have on hand for sale.
Do NOT book and pay for any service in which you are unsure of. We recommend that you book for a FREE consultation first.
Pls contact us first with any questions you may have prior to booking and making payment. As once your payment is made and in our system, it is considered a commitment on your part as well as ours and takes time up on our calendar which will no longer be visible to others potentially wanting to book for that time or day, therefore resulting in the potential loss of customers and revenue for us.

**** Why not??? Well, for one of several reasons...One being - we are a beauty-based service, refunds are not possible since it is not a product you can simply repackage and put back in the shelves. There was time spent and high-quality products used to complete this service and that cannot be taken back. You can however, request another service that we offer during that time frame of equal value so long as it meets the cancellation / changes guidelines below if we agree to make this change and the discussion of the change happened within the proper time within 48 of the scheduled apt time per the Cancellation / Change policy below.

Cancellation / Change Policy – We have a standard 48-hour cancellation / change Policy for all services. If you change your mind about your initial booking and need to cancel or make a change to an apt you just made...it must be done before 48 hours of your apt time. Again we do not refund, you have the options of either rescheduling it online directly, contacting us to help you reschedule or cancel the apt all together with the payment being applied to your account as a credit and will be put towards a re-scheduled appointment or another service of equal value - You will not receive a cash refund! This credit is NON transferable to other clients or towards gift certificates to anyone else other than for yourself. THIS AMT will remain valid on your account until we close our spa in it's currently location in Yellowknife! You can also request a gift certificate for this value as well in your name to prove your credit is valid. Pls contact us to discuss this option. You must use up any credit on your account by this date or use any Gift Certificates issued to you by this date. No exceptions. After this date, we will be booking week to week only. If they are not used up by this date, they will be considered forfeited!
** If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise if you do NOT SHOW, your apt will be forfeited and all funds forfeited. [No exceptions] [contacting us 30, or 20 hours or 12 hours prior to your apt to make changes is not considered acceptable notice. ] This also applies to any apt that is part of an initial booking ie: Full package deals where touch ups are included in initial purchase price. If you don't show for the schedule FREE slot for the follow up apt required as part of your service, it will also be considered a no show and the free apt time forfeited. IE: Microblading full package, where touch up is included...if you fail to attend the schedule touch up time or try to reschedule where there is less than 48 hours notice, and you do not show up for the time slotted, you would have to rebook online another time slot and pay full price for the touch up itself. NO EXCEPTIONS!
** If cancellation happens after the 48 hours has passed of your appointment, your payment will be FORFEITED! ie: If you cancel your apt online through the system directly at any time without contacting us to rebook or give a reason why you cancelled it, your appt is considered fully cancelled with no refunds or credits being given to you. [pls re-read this paragraph!]
NOTE: Unusual or Exceptional Circumstances [Family deaths, Illness, other uncontrollable circumstances....] [We do understand that sometimes certain things are out of your control which could cause you to have to cancel within this time limit and therefore would fall under "exceptional circumstances for cancellation with 48 hours of your appt" - To be eligible for this exception you MUST discuss this with us directly first, AS we reserve the right to assess whether this waiver and approval for this exemption is warranted. Exception for any reason is at the discretion of the company for eligibility of waiving the standard cancellation policy however a rescheduling fee of $100 that will apply as you will be using up another time slot if we agree to make the change for you. If the apt was for a value of less than $100, then a 50% chargeback of the value of the apt will be applied to reschedule the apt. [ie: If your apt was for a lashes fill valued at $85 then 1/2 of this amt [$42.50] will be applied to your account as a credit for your reschedule apt time. The other half is forfeited for the missed apt. This charge back is as a result of you using up another time slot. These fees are NOT NEGOTIABLE.].
Tardiness- Our booking page sends out two 72 hour reminders for your apt via email and text messaging to your with all the original details of your apt with us, therefore you should not have any doubts about the what time your scheduled apt is and where we are located and this gives you adequate time to request a change of date and time in the system or via contacting us directly to avoid forfeiting your payment. If for any reason you may be late you must contact us to let us know. Our time is just as important as yours. You will be booked in for a certain duration that it takes for your application. Being late may result in an unfinished application at full cost. Pls note that we also have a grace period for tardiness.
********** We have a standard "GRACE PERIOD" of 15 minutes for Tardiness. If you simply do not show up for your apt within this 15 minute Grace Period then you will forfeit the appointment along with the FULL PAYMENT. Sorry but we do not accept "I slept in, or my babysitter didn't show, I can't get a cab..or similar excuses.." It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE IT ON TIME TO YOUR APT. ***********
*****If we SMELL ALCOHOL OR DRUGS on you at the time of your apt, [Yes this includes Canabis] you will be immediately ASKED TO LEAVE!! NO EXCEPTIONS! We will not and do not service clients under the influence of any drugs or alcohol! [RE-READ THIS PARAGRAPH]
Preparation for your Appointment- Feel free to WEAR YOUR MASK if you wish...We are Fully covid 19 vaccinated and yes we do wear masks to help keep our clients feeling safe.
For Lash appointments.... Please come with a clean and fresh face. If you have make-up that needs to be removed at the appointment, please come a few minutes prior to do so. If there is still old make-up on your lash line once the application has begun, unfortunately it will cut into your total application time, and you may not receive a full application.
Booking for Additional Services- If you require additional services such as a removal [$60 fee] before your application please contact us and let us know. We will make sure you are allotted enough time for your required service.
Booking Back to Back Apts - We currently do not book back to back appointments for any services other than for a set or fill of EyeLash Extensions and Brow Waxing. This is a very popular option for many! Therefore, If you wish to do this, you will have to book a back-to-back appointment via our booking app. Please be aware that the oil from the aftercare with your brows may find it’s way into your lashes and jeopardize the longevity of them.
Pls note: We do NOT provide services to anyone under the age of 16. Between the ages of 16-19, you are required to have parental consent for any and all services we offer.

- If WE decide a refund is warranted for any circumstance, there is a 25% refund processing fee which will apply - No exceptions. {We reserve the right to determine if we will provide a cash refund directly}

You will also have all future pre-scheduled apts that have not been paid for [meaning directly booked by the owner] cancelled immediately. If you wish to keep one or any of these pre-scheduled apts after they are cancelled, you will be required to pay for them all fully upfront.
